Flash Malaysia Express is excited to announce openings for 1 HR Business Partner to become a part of our dynamic team based in Johor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for building alignment with line managers to ensure the best practice and compliance with labor laws & regulations and corporate policy.
- Conduct on-site visits to establish rapport with front-line business and assess workplace conditions and labor issue risks.
- Provide advice and coaching line managers on all human resource-related matters.
- Maintain HR database to be accurate and up-to-date and provide efficient HR reports and propose findings & solutions to the management team.
- Handle HR documents according to company working processes and policies.
- Keep up to date with trends and best practices in the HR areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Working Days**: 5 Days / Week (Monday to Friday)

**Working Hours**:9:00AM to 6:00PM

**Working Location**:Senai, Johor

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Extensive experience working in HR, HR Strategy and strong HR concepts, excellent execution in the diversified workplace.
- Must be profient in English and Bahasa Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin is a an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multi-cultural communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
