- Manage full spectrum of HR functions.
- Reporting to MD and Group HR located in China. Navigating remote hiring and its challenges.
- Adapting to Human Resource Management new trends and technologies.
- Hiring talent from local as well as abroad (DL & IDL).
- Introducing factors to enhance and monitor of employee performance.
- Manage organizational and company culture.
- Create a safe and inclusive work environment.
- Leading and driving best CSR practices and its conformance.
- Oversee and manage benefits and compensation
- Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations

**Qualifications**
- Degree in any discipline and at least 12 - 15 years of HR experience in manufacturing environment.
- Mandarin literate (Speak & Write) to work closely with HQ - China.
- Possesses Strong leadership with good people management skills.
- Problem solver, dynamics and aggressive to support the business growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM8,500.00 per month
