Working location : Seelong, Senai, Johor

Working days : 5days/week

Job summary:
Oversee full HRA functions, including payroll, IR,C&B, training & development and supervising the security and cleaning teams at the Johor factory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, and day-to-day HR & administrative operations.
- Manage and supervise security and cleaning teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance matters, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Manage submissions for PERKESO, insurance claims, and general insurance matters for employees and the company.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company strategies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper HRA and ISO documentation filing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource and General Administration.
- Good command and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess current HR practices and drive improvements.
- Committed, proactive, resourceful, and able to take on challenges and responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with employees at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration.
- A team player with a strong sense of accountability.
