Logistics Admin Executive

Handle daily administrative task for security department, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Coordinate meeting and briefings, maintain and update departmental records, database and filing systems.
- Oversee logistics operations, including procurement and distribution of equipment / supplies and address any logístical challenges that may impact security operations
- Maintain accurate financial records for security departments, including budget tracking, expense management and financial reporting
- Assist in preparation of budgets and financial forecast for the department
- Assist securities welfare, uniform purchasing
- Support overall objectives of the security department
**Job Requirements**:
- min diploma in any field
- 3 years of experience in procurement, admin or logistics
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
