**Job Scope**:
The incumbent is responsible to oversee and drive Risk and Compliance tasks for PD Governance by delivery of superior governance support, timely execution and customer satisfaction.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for Risk and Compliance for PD Governance and achievement of set targets through proper tracking, monitoring with timely closure.

2) To engage with respective stakeholders between 1st line and 2nd line of Defense and seek proper advice from Risk and Compliance when required.

3) To ensure Risk and Compliance gap analysis, control and self-assessment are monitored as per Risk and Compliance with timely closure.

5) To coordinate PD governance presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.

6) To develop and drive new initiatives as per Risk, Compliance and Regulatory guideline or requirement.

7) To conduct gap analysis and governance performance review adhered to Risk and Compliance guide including Regional from time to time.

8) To identify and escalate any risk or emerging risk issues, as appropriate

9) To coordinate Risk and Compliance related awareness materials when needed.

10) Ensuring observations, compliance gap or deviation raised are monitored with timely closure.

11) Ensuring remedial actions are closed timely and on time at all times.

12) To build rapport and provide governance support to PD business division.

13) Perform any other duties that assigned by Superior from time to time.

**Job Specification**:
**a. **Qualifications**
- Tertiary education in Business Administration or any disciplines.

**b. **Experience**
- Minimum five years related working experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Experience in team supervision, coaching and management.

**c. **Knowledge**
- Passionate with the work, positive mindset, possess initiative, resourceful, reliable and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good with analytical thinking, high integrity, good ethics and team player.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Partnership Distribution Governance: 3 years (required)
- team supervision, coaching and management: 2 years (required)
- insurance industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Risk and Compliance task: 4 years (preferred)
