Joy Glob is an international comprehensive game creative services provider based in KL, Malaysia. Since its inception, it has been deeply engaged in the game industry, providing integrated services such as social media marketing, ads creative, player support and localization for global game products.

**What is the role?**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies in line with our marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and manage compelling content for various social media platforms.
- Edit and enhance raw video footage into polished, engaging, and visually appealing content.
- Utilize video editing software to add effects, transitions, graphics, and captions.
- Maintain consistent brand aesthetics and style guidelines in all video content.
- Utilize analytics to track KPIs and generate reports on social media performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media with overall marketing efforts.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the brand's voice, messaging, and values.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to our social media approach.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners for co-marketing opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in creating and editing videos for TikTok and YouTube platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and its targeting capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
