・Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars.
・Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
・Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
・Provide translation and interpretation services for Japanese-speaking clients and partners.
・Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
・Handle office supply inventory and order necessary supplies.
・Support various departments as needed with administrative tasks.
・Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
・Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.

**Requirements**:
・3 years in any experience
・Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken, is required. (N3 or 3.8above)

・Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
・Strong organizational and time-management skills.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
・Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
・Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
・Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
