**JOB DESCRIPTION:
- **
**1. Coordinate Transportation Logistics**
- Pan and coordinate transportation routes, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
**2. Manage Fleet Operations**
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
**3. Documentation Management**:
- Prepare and maintain transportation-related documentation, including shipping manifests, bills of lading, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
**4. Communicate with stakeholders**:
- Liaise with drivers, suppliers and customers to communicate transportation schedules, address inquiries and resolve any transportation-related issues.
**5. Monitor Transportation Performance**:
- Track transportation metrics and KPIs to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
**6. Procurement Support**:
- Assist in procuring transportation services, negotiating contracts with carriers, and managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions.
**7.** **Inventory Management**
- Coordinate transportation activities to support inventory management processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods and materials.
**8.** **Safety and Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Promote a culture of safety among transportation personnel and enforce adherence to safety protocols.
**9. Budget Management**
- Assist in monitoring transportation-related expenses, analyzing cost data, and identifying opportunities to optimize transportation costs and improve efficiency.
**QUALIFICATIONS:
- **
- Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power point)
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
**Application Process**:
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
