This isn’t just a procurement role — it’s about **strategic growth, supplier negotiation, and maximizing value**. You’ll be the key to managing aging stock, unlocking better pricing opportunities, optimizing consignment and stock exchange programs, and driving stronger revenue outcomes for the company.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Manage the **end-to-end purchasing process**: sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and order fulfillment.
- Strengthen partnerships with global and local suppliers across **100+ brands**, negotiating for better **pricing, payment terms, stock exchanges, consignments, and claims**.
- Monitor and manage **aging stock**, finding innovative ways to minimize risk and maximize revenue.
- Forecast demand and ensure **optimal inventory planning** for both retail outlets and online sales.
- Generate **regular purchasing and inventory performance reports** to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations to align purchasing strategies with promotions, campaigns, and retail goals.
- Ensure compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in all procurement processes.

What We’re Looking For:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of purchasing/procurement experience (retail or consumer electronics background preferred).
- Strong **negotiation and supplier relationship management skills**.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Comfortable with **data-driven reporting and forecasting**.
- Passionate about technology, innovation, and driving growth.
- Able to thrive in a **fast-paced retail environment**.
