**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring competent quality executions/monitoring of all regular purchasing duties and administrative functions.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with the ISO quality system. assisting purchasing manager on the preparing of the management review reports for ISO
- Issuing purchase order, sourcing, selecting and negotiating with supplies to constancy strive for best pricing and maintaining the highest level of quality and service
- Identify SND verify projects order requirement/ products specification
- Monitoring order status and purchased good meets required specification and follow up with supplies to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicates and coordinates between supplier and and site personal
- Maintaining/sourcing and updating any changes in approved suppliers listing
- To ensure all monthly reports, filling documentation and preparing letters/memo to suppliers, sub-contractors and site to be appropriate
- To establish documentation system include the filling, distribution obsolete of documents.
- To supervise PMS (purchasing management systems) to ensure all data in appropriate manner.
- To issue debit note together with substantiate document for the submission to sub-contractors and to prepare back to change monthly.
- Preparing all document and catalogues for official submission of sample of alternatives proposal to government projects/ JKR and work closely with QA/QC and site engineers until approves is secured.
- To performed sites visits
- To comply and adhere to company interest and properties and to execute any task by Zikay group as and when required
- To portrays a good company reputation
- To delivery the instruction and assignment given by superior

Requirement:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Preferably Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Experienced in Construction Industry Company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
