**How you will make an impact**:

- Ensure data consistency across the core business systems (HCP Master, SFDC, JDE, Tableau)
- Provide routine root cause analysis and formulate recommendations in collaboration with team member
- Collaborate with team members to identify data quality issues and problems, analyze them and provide routine solutions while using available information and follow standard practices and procedures, recommend and implement process improvements
- Drive the data quality of master data across the domains in assigned region
- Support defining business terms and data quality rules
- Partner with regional team members and cross functional teams, to ensure that operations and processes are set up according to regional/global standards to ensure adherence to governance objectives and to resolve data issues
- Perform data creation in adherence to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Incidental duties as assigned

**What you’ll need (required)**:

- Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 1 year of previous related experience Required

**What else we look for (preferred)**:

- Certification in data management desired
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills and relationship management skills
- Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to data management
- Good understanding of data management and governance principles, theories, and concepts
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
