**About the Role**
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic **Merchant Sourcing and Marketing Specialist** to join our team. This role combines sourcing merchant partnerships for our shared power bank rental stations and contributing to marketing efforts to diversify and enhance our revenue streams. **Key Responsibilities**

**Merchant Sourcing**
- Identify and approach businesses (e.g., karaoke clubs, F&B outlets, stores near MRT/LRT stations, etc.) to deploy our power bank rental stations.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of our service to potential merchants.
- Negotiate partnership terms and facilitate sign-ups with merchants.
- Coordinate and assist with the deployment of charging stations in strategic locations.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term collaboration.

**Marketing and Strategy**
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences.
- Gather and analyze information to support strategic planning and revenue diversification.
- Collaborate with the team to identify new opportunities for growth and market penetration.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research to improve service offerings.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in business development or merchant acquisition.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and experience in conducting market research.
- Familiarity with shared power bank services or interest in innovative tech solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with merchants and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the hospitality, retail, or entertainment sectors is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
