**Job Summary**:
As a key player in our growing team, the **Merchant Acquisition Partner** will drive the expansion of our vendor network, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for restaurant and supplier partners. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for food tech, strong negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset.

**What You'll Do...**
- Effectively communicate the value of SmartBite’s platform, showcasing how our technology enhances their business.
- Develop and refine acquisition strategies to attract high-quality vendors that align with SmartBite’s standards.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring merchants are fully integrated and ready to operate on our platform.
- Keep merchant acquisition materials updated and aligned with SmartBite’s latest product developments.
- Educate vendors on operational processes, pricing models, and compliance with SmartBite’s terms of service.
- Maintain strong relationships with newly onboarded vendors before handing them over to the Vendor Management team.
- Stay informed about market trends and merchant needs, ensuring our offerings remain competitive.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide insights to optimize vendor engagement.
- Report key performance metrics and acquisition progress to the Head of Vendor Management.

**What we need...**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or merchant acquisition is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
- **Mandarin speakers are welcomed, as we work with a diverse range of merchants.**

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
