**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store or office.
- Provide information on products and services (e.g., gold bars, jewelry, or investment options).
- Answer customer queries regarding gold prices, products, or services offered.
- Assist clients in understanding the process of buying, selling, or investing in gold.
- Address customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating to relevant departments as needed.
- Handle customer transactions, including processing purchases or sales of gold-related products.

2. **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with managing customer databases, including updating contact information and tracking customer preferences or transaction history.
- Prepare and manage customer documentation related to gold purchases, sales, or investments.
- Assist in inventory tracking and ensure proper records of products and services are kept up-to-date.

**3. Sales Support**:

- Support the sales team by managing walk-in customers, providing them with relevant product information, and helping close sales.
- Facilitate communication between the front desk and the sales or customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help maintain sales records and monitor sales targets or goals for the front desk.
- Assist in promoting new gold products, special offers, or discounts to customers.

**4. Cash Handling and Transactions**:

- Process payments and sales transactions accurately (cash, card payments, or digital transactions) and issue receipts.
- Keep a record of daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and security protocols.

**5. Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure that all customer data is handled confidentially, in accordance with data protection laws and company policies.
- Maintain security standards at the front desk, ensuring that customers and employees feel safe in the premises.

**6. Other Responsibilities**:

- Manage postage item.
- Help in preparing reports on customer interactions, sales, or inventory management for the management team.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Customer Service Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to handle transactions accurately and maintain records with precision.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, inquiries, and paperwork efficiently.
- **Knowledge of Gold Products**: Basic understanding of gold, its market value, and the products offered by the business is advantageous.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address and resolve customer issues in a calm and professional manner.
- **Professional Appearance and Conduct**: Representing the business in a professional manner, maintaining a neat and tidy appearance.
