**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot JBoss/Weblogic servers.
- Execute database queries using SQL on Oracle, MSSQL, MYSQL.
- Develop Shell Scripting solutions for server maintenance and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address incidents and escalate when necessary.
- Adhere to shift schedules to support 24x7 system availability.

**Who are we looking for?**

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Experience in L2 support roles.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with JBoss/Weblogic servers.
- Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (Oracle, MSSQL, MYSQL).
- Strong Shell Scripting knowledge.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a shift-based schedule.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience supporting Java-based web servers.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
