- 該職位不需要相關領域的最低工作經驗。
- 最好是專門從事公共關係/傳播/客戶服務或同等學歷的初級管理人員。
必須是自信的溝通者
- 需要良好的口頭和書面溝通能力
強大的電話聯繫處理能力和積極傾聽
- 能夠同時處理多項任務、確定優先順序並有效管理時間
