Position : Admin and Secretarial Intern
Position Type : Internship
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and minutes.
- Arrange meeting rooms, including stationery, refreshments, and equipment.
- Answer phone calls, direct them to the appropriate person/department, and handle inquiries.
- Greet visitors professionally and manage incoming/outgoing mails or couriers.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Excellent in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Internship duration: 3 months - 9 months.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Position is open to Malaysian citizens only
- Please attach the University's Letter regarding your Internship
**Job Types**: Internship
Pay:
Allowance for **Diploma** Studies - RM800 per month
Allowance for **Degree** Studies - RM1000per month
**Schedule**
Monday to Friday

Contract length: 3-9 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
