**What you’ll do**:

- ** Background Checks**: Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- ** Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities and driver documentation.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure all onboarding activities comply with local government regulations and company policies.
- ** Feedback and Improvement**: Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process.

**What we seek**:

- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently
- Technology savvy

**What you’ll need**:

- Diploma or higher in any field is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous
