We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Driver Operations Associate who can work well under pressure and has great communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring new drivers are effectively integrated into our system and providing them with the necessary support to ensure a smooth transition into their new role. • • Application Review: Assess driver applications, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
• Background Checks: Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Support and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for new drivers during the onboarding process and address queries and concerns promptly via phone, email, or chat.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities and driver documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure all onboarding activities comply with local government regulations and company policies.
• Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process.

• • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently
• Technology savvy
• Availability to work 5 days a week

• • Diploma or higher in any field is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous
