**JOB SUMMARY**
The Operations Officer, Trustees role focuses on performing day to day operational task of Trustee operation and relief function within the department as and when the need arises. He/she is required to liaise with clients, service providers, financial institutions etc to accomplish the daily task and ensure delivery to clients in timely manner.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Payments processing related to the funds.
- Cancellation of units, money market placements, subscription to feeder fund, dividend distributions and vendor payments as approved by the fund( as per deed and prospectus)
- Fees payments
- Transfer of funds for trade settlement for account not maintained at DB
- Swap / FX contract settlement - Faxing the upliftment letters and MM placement letter
- Manage and reconciles the FX instruction
- KIV or future payments monitoring

Feeder Fund
- Subscription and Redemption order placement
- Monitor incoming of feeder fund proceed

Reconciliation - trades instruction, cash discrepancy reported by FA

Apply, adhere to daily checklist, internal control process, key operating policy and clients’ Service Level Agreement

**OTHERS**:

- Responsible for monitoring all activities across funds of assigned clients
- Other special projects or tasks as assigned
- Chase collection of payments - trustee expenses
- Account opening
- preparing the documents
- Administration of Bank online banking
- Record Management and Filing

**EXPERIENCE/EXPOSURE**

**EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor's degree holder with good academic records
- Good English/ Malaysia( Speaking and Writing) Other languages will be added advantage
