We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Global Tour Coordinator (Hotel Reservations Executive)** to be part of our international travel operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage hotel booking changes based on requests from the Sales team and update hotel partners promptly.
- Accurately input and maintain hotel confirmation details in the internal system.
- Monitor live booking dashboards to ensure timely confirmations.
- Respond to hotel-related inquiries and coordinate effective resolutions with relevant teams.
- Communicate clearly with hotel partners and MIKI offices to ensure smooth operations.
- Share client arrival details and special requests with hotel partners as required.
- Investigate, follow up, and resolve client-related hotel issues while preparing reports for internal use.
- Maintain updated records in shared databases and track ongoing cases.
- Ensure proper task handovers and follow up until completion.
- Share hotel updates with internal teams for necessary follow-up actions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel reservations, hospitality, or customer service.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with reservations or data processing systems is an advantage.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, including public holidays.
- Knowledge of European destinations is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
