HR Executive oversees all human resources functions within an organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy development. They ensure HR practices align with company goals and legal requirements, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Core Responsibilities:

- **Talent Acquisition**:Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- **Employee Relations**:Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- **Performance Management**:Implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and developing employee performance.
- **HR Strategy & Policy**:Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to overall HR strategy.
- **Employee Benefits**:Managing employee benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- **Training & Development**:Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and facilitating employee development.
- **HR Administration**:Maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and ensuring accurate HR reporting.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring the organization adheres to all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- **Employee Engagement**:Organizing activities and initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
