We are looking for a proactive and organized **HR & Admin Executive** to support both the **Human Resources** and **Administrative** functions of our company. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to develop a strong foundation in HR while also managing general administrative tasks to support business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. HR & Recruitment Support**
- Assist in job postings on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website).
- Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, contracts, and employee welcome kits.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Assist in processing payroll (attendance, overtime, claims, leave).
- Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs.

**2. Office Administration & Company Support**
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and general office upkeep.
- Assist in preparing business documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records.

**3. Employee Relations & Compliance**
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Assist in performance documentation and other related needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

**4. Event Operations Support (During Event Days)**
- Work as part of the event crew, handling various onsite duties.
- Provide administrative support before, during, and after events.
- Ensure smooth execution of event-related HR tasks (volunteer/staff coordination, attendance tracking).

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Bahasa Malaysia & English)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Willing to work flexible hours during event days, including weekend. _(Additional allowance)_
