IT Risk Specialist

**Job Descriptions**:

- Work extensively with Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Process Owners to create and improve policies and procedures to promote continuous improvement and the best practices.
- Coordinate and facilitate self-assessment activities.
- Work closely with the IT Domain Heads in control testing, identify gaps and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Oversee IT incident reporting process and ensure IT incidents are properly documented.
- Develop and plan for execution of Business Continuity Planning (BCP)/Disaster Recovery exercises annually.
- Coordinate IT regulatory inspections and external audit engagement.
- Support Tech Risk Lead in managing regular governance meeting.
- Leads effort on training to foster strong IT risk culture and awareness to strengthen 1st line of defence.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Security, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- For senior specialist role, at least 3-5 years of experience in technology and cyber risk management, IT compliance, IT audit, or IT security; especially experience from financial institutions or Big4 industries is a plus.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and keen on developing collaborative relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to review and analyze data to identify and articulate key issues and propose solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter, always strive for excellence, innovative with service-oriented mindsets and initiative to improve processes.
- Good facilitation and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
