Customer Service Executive

**Job Responsibility**:
- Understand and address customer needs by promptly responding to inquiries and requests.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure their satisfaction.
- Keep the customer database accurate and up to date.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships by effectively identifying and resolving inquiries and issues.
- Provide information to customers about the Bank's products and services, guiding them towards self-help resources.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex matters to the relevant department.
- Adhere to internal guidelines for customer follow-up and ensure accurate data management.

- **Job Requirements**:
- **SPM/STPM **or **equivalent certificate** holders with a minimum of 1 **year working experience.**:
- **Diploma/Advanced Diploma** holders with a minimum of 1 **year working experience.**:
- **Fresh graduates with Degree **are very much encouraged to apply.
- **Excellent communication skills in English,** both verbal and written.
- Mandarin communication skills not needed but is an advantage.
