**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Maintain and analyze customer information.
- Handle and resolve customer issues proficiently.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide guidance, solutions, and responses to customer inquiries.
- Record and maintain client or customer information with accurate documentation for operations.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Open to Malaysian citizens.
- **Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, spoken and written.**:

- Ability to **work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.**:

- Good personality, proactive, and creative.
- Patience and the ability to engage customers in conversation.
- **Immediate availability is an added advantage.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
