Work Requirements:

- Led the Accounting Department in overseeing full set of accounts, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with MFRS, SST, and Malaysian tax regulations, particularly within the renewable energy sector.
- Reviewed monthly management accounts, journal entries, payments, and sub-reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitored cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting; reported directly to the Head of Corporate & Finance Management.
- Supervised and developed the accounting team to ensure timely, accurate deliverables and adherence to internal controls.
- Managed online banking transactions, audit coordination, tax compliance, and external stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborated cross-functionally on procurement, project cost control, and financial analysis for tenders, M&A, and strategic planning.
- Supported group reporting, project financial models, and continuous process improvements across finance operations.

**Work Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as MIA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are highly desirable.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 5 years in construction/renewable energy accounting. experiences in managerial role is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial analysis, and accounting software (e.g., SAP, SQL, or Sage UBS).
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit practices.
- Experience in group consolidated accounting.
