Responsible to execute and support development initiatives that contributes towards the overall development for the digital banking platform or product enablement for products and/or services. The role entails delivering projects including planning, development, implementing, training and production support within stipulated SLA.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**

**Functional (job responsibilities)**
- Undertaking the roles and responsibilities to project manage the implementation of products for Digital Banking platforms
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
- Work closely with internal stakeholders i.e.: product managers, customer servicing channels, operations and IT to provide an integrated channel customer experience.
- Highlight and resolve and critical risks and issues associated to Digital projects
- Lead product/channel development projects from inception to implementation
- Contribute to any other new assignment and project assigned by Management from time to time.
- Research on latest digital banking trends and from time to time propose new innovative products for digital banking channel.

**Managerial (team/group responsibilities)**
- Manage post implementation support as 2nd tier support to Digital Banking Operation team after project Go-Live for an agreed period of time (before handover to Application Support team).
- Ensure Digital Banking meets the business objectives and service level goals by delivering quality projects on time and budget.

**Organizational (organizational responsibilities)**

Continuous process improvement projects in building brand awareness and improve customers' experience.

**Education/Qualification**
- Degree Holder

**Experience**
- At least 7 years project management experience especially in the area of Digital Banking, particularly in area of digital banking product development or testing
- Possess experience in Online Banking Operations or Product development will be an added advantage.

**Special Skills**
- Possess good vendor management skills
- Team player with the confidence to take the lead to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
