Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic plans for the Group.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on performance data, audit results, and risk assessments.
- Support existing businesses: civil engineering, manufacturing, solar energy.
- Support new business ventures including solar energy (LSS5), fintech, money lending, mining, and property development.
- Develop and implement performance indicators to track strategic and operational progress.
- Analyze results and trends, and provide insights to drive performance improvement.
- Prepare periodic performance updates for senior management and the board.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Liaise with the internal audit team to align audits with key risk and control areas.
- Track findings and follow up with departments to ensure timely resolution and accountability.
- Work with risk owners to identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks.
- Facilitate development and reporting of risk registers and mitigation plans.
- Ensure risks related to new business lines are regularly reviewed.
- Lead sustainability planning and reporting in line with corporate ESG goals.
- Coordinate sustainability initiatives and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison across departments to support corporate initiatives.
- Coordinate inputs across finance, operations, and business units to support reporting and governance.
- Provide strategic and administrative support to the CFO as required.
- Assist in developing internal audit plans and schedules.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Develop and manage sustainability strategies that align with the company’s corporate goals and values.
- Assist in the development and refinement of the company’s strategic plans.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on performance data, audit findings, and risk assessments.
- Maintain proper filing of the confidential documents.
- Any other additional duties, responsibilities and authority may be assigned by the management, from time to time in its sole discretion, either verbally or in written instruction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
