**What will you be engaged in?**
As our new **Corporate Planning Assistant Manager, **you will be in charge of,

Business planning/projection
- Understand and shape the company's strategy and mission
- Align processes, resources-planning and management and department goals with an overall strategy
- Company KPI planning and management (e.g. performance assessment)
- Assess the company's operational and strategic performance

Supporting IR/Fundraising
- Perform financial modelling and valuation exercise, cash flow forecasts and investment appraisals for potential investment opportunities and corporate exercises
- Support regular & irregular business reports on an annual and annual quarterly basis
- Support ad-hoc tasks related corporate planning area from Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager

- Over 5 years of experience including 3 years of experience in budgeting or planning of business era
- Work experience preferably in Investor Relations/ Venture Capital/ Private Equity/ Banking
- Must be able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge and understanding of Financial statements, corporate finance and financial modelling
- Possess good communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
