Role Description

We're looking for a Corporate Planning Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur This role plays a key part in shaping our business strategy, supporting financial planning, and driving collaboration across departments to achieve our growth goals.

What You'll Do:

1. Legal Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all planning and business activities follow relevant laws, regulations, and internal governance standards.
  • Support management in strengthening corporate governance and reporting practices.

2. Business Strategy Development

  • Develop and refine short- and long-term business strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and business performance to identify new growth opportunities.

3. Corporate Financial Planning & Strategy

  • Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and business performance reviews.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency and growth.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with different departments to gather data, align strategies, and ensure smooth execution of business plans.

5. Corporate Planning & Overseas Partnerships

  • Partner with regional and overseas teams to align local initiatives with corporate direction.
  • Support communication and coordination for cross-border projects.

6. Ad-Hoc Projects

  • Take on special projects and tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
  • Proven Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Finance and Financial Planning
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the retail or restaurant industry is a plus
