As a **Customer Success Strategist**, your role is to improve customer satisfaction and retention by understanding their needs, offering personalized support, and ensuring they get the best results from our products and services. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Ensure customers have a smooth and satisfying experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company by sharing their feedback with relevant teams.
- Gather customer feedback to improve processes, products, and services.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints by identifying the root cause and the right solution.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Identify ways to improve workflows and processes.
- Work with product, sales, and marketing teams to enhance products based on customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices through meetings and training.
- Assist with tasks, projects, and duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Positive attitude and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused and enjoys interacting with customers.
- Professional, friendly, and adaptable under pressure.
- Skilled at multitasking and adjusting to change.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and travel within the region when needed.

**Job Details**
- **Type**: Full-time, Permanent
- **Pay**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
