Account Executive

Maintain Of documentation and comprehensive filing to support all accounting entries.
- To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification, key-in database & follow-up.
- Monitor month-end and day-to-day finance functions and prepare monthly reports.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system-MYOB Software
- Ensure all reports are accurate and timely for periodic submission.
- Reconciliations of Bank Accounts, Account Receivable, Account Payable and other accounts
- Monitoring debtors/creditors aging and ensuring all the payments are up to date and accurate
- Liaise with the Company secretary, Auditor, Tax agent & banker for all relevant matters.
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Supervisor or Head of the Department.
**Job Requirement**
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proactive, fast learner, self-motivated, multi-tasking, performance-driven, and teamwork capable among each in the department
- Those who can start work immediately or within short notice is with added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Required Skill(s): MYOB, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel,Word and Power Point.
- Working Hours Monday - Friday 9.00am-6.00pm
**Salary**: RM2,160.37 - RM2,600.00 per month
