Job Scope - To assist crewing manager on task required from time to time - Assist in recruitment functions and other general admin duties such as carry out administrative matters including flights, accommodation & visa arrangement, and ensure the certification and experience required are updated from time to time to fit legal and company’s requirement, - To arrange RTK before mob to offshore - To arrange required training for crew to fulfil the requirement (for eg. Safe food handling course) - Create and maintain personal records (with all relevant personal and bank details for payroll purpose) and update all certificates from time to time - Ad hod assignment as and when required - Any other duties as assigned by Management Qualification Required - Bachelor Degree (Maritime Operations/ Ship Management, Business Management, or HR Management) - At least 1-3 years of crewing experience in offshore industry - Able to work with mínimal supervision - Computer literate
