Job description:
**Key Responsible**:
- Presenting and demonstrating medical products to healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, etc.).
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, hospitals, and clinics.
- Understanding and explaining product specifications, clinical data, and product benefits to customers.
- Managing a defined territory, including identifying new leads, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.
- Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and analyzing market trends.
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Staying informed about competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging technologies in the medical field.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science or healthcare related field.
- Experience in a sales role, preferably in the medical industry or healthcare field.
- Strong knowledge of medical products and terminology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships and influencing customers.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
**Additional Notes**:
- Demonstrating products to healthcare professionals is a key part of the role, often involving hands-on training and showcasing the product's benefits.
- Understanding and effectively communicating clinical data related to products is important for influencing healthcare professionals.
