Telemarketer (Outbound Calling & Lead Generation)

**Main Purpose of the Role**
You’ll be calling potential business leads (companies/contacts provided by the client) to introduce their products or services, generate interest, and update information in their system. It’s mostly about **making outbound calls, recording outcomes, and helping the client grow their business pipeline.**
**Your Day-to-Day Tasks**
- **Outbound Calls**:
- Call the list of leads (businesses) provided by the client.
- Introduce the product/service, engage in conversation, and try to generate interest.
- The goal may be: setting up a meeting, qualifying the lead, or collecting more information.
- **Using Tools & Systems**:
- **CRM (Customer Relationship Management system)**: Track all interactions with leads.
- **VoIP (like Aircall)**: Make phone calls online instead of a normal phone.
- **Excel/Spreadsheets**: Sometimes for organizing or tracking leads.
- **Updating Records**:
- After each call, record what happened (interested, not interested, wrong number, call back, etc.).
- Keep lead data accurate and up to date.
- **Client Communication**:
- Stay in touch with the client for product updates, call scripts, and new instructions.
- **Professionalism & Compliance**:
- Speak politely and professionally in all calls.
- Follow rules (like GDPR or local privacy laws) to make sure data is handled properly.
**How You’ll Be Managed**
- **Daily guidance** will come directly from the client (they tell you what to say, update, or focus on).
- **Attendance & productivity** will be tracked by Outsourced (the company employing you) using monitoring software like Blue TraIT.
**What You Need to Succeed**
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound sales is helpful.
- Ability to use CRM and VoIP tools.
- Strong communication skills in English (clear, confident, polite).
- Independent worker who can follow instructions.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
