**Job Scope**:

- As the title of the position goes, do expects to make calls daily.
- Source new sales opportunities through follow-up and outbound cold calls
- Present, promote and explain our services to generate sales interest.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through engaging conversations.
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
- Keep records of calls and sales record useful information.
- Maintain good after sales service to existing customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly cold call target and appointment target (account servicing team will go for appointment)
- Able to identify competitors and identify advantages as well as disadvantages of their services.
- Asist any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
- Provide feedback to the account service team on customer responses and suggestions.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill
- Company will not provide leads. Must be able to find the new leads

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and presentation.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
