**The Person**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Admin, Human Resource or any related background
- At least 5 years working experience in related field, background in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysian Labour Law and other related legislation
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Skills - Microsoft excel and powerpoint

**The Job**:

- Coordinate and administer all training requirements with training providers including UMW Training Academy. Record and update training hours, training expenses attended by employees not exceeding budget and resolves queries from employees.
- Assist the Head of HR in tarining plan, training budget and training reports
- Manage the administrative work such as maintenance for front office & office equipment, building management services, access door system, register document, licence renewal and documentation
- Process and update claims/invoices utilities and liaison with external provider with regards of administrative item
- Participate in all HR related matters and engagement activities
- **Others**:

- Research, organize, document and complete special projects assigned by the Management in a satisfactory and timely manner.
- Prepare the necessary statistical analysis/report with acceptable quality and within required timeframe.
- Take part actively and provide necessary support to other functional units as and when the need arises in alignment with the Company’s efforts in promoting employee engagement, as well as work-life balance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
