**Human Resources (HR) Duties**:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Handle leave management, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, and staff welfare activities
- Ensure HR policies are up to date and in compliance with labor laws
**Administrative Duties**:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance
- Handle document filing, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and administrative documentation
Any other jobs assigned by superior from time to time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
