Work Task:
- Payroll processing and administration
- Ensure company’s HR policies and practises comply with legal labour regulations
- Responsible to handle recruitment, onboarding and resignation of employees
- Handle employees’ discipline, ensure that all are compliance with company’s rules and policies.
- Handle Investigations related to misconduct, prepare disciplinary letters
- Handle and process employee claims
- To prepare and submit monthly manpower and wages/salary analysis report to management.
- Admin Task (Filing, Insurance Renewal, Rental Agreement Renewal, Authorities Audit, Safety and Health Policies Compliance, Administration of office premises maintenance, Security, Facilities and Stationaries)
- Any other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirement:
- Working experience minimum of 2 years in Human Resource field
- Proficient in Excel and Word. Knowledge in using SQL Payroll is a plus.
- Good communication skills, problem solving skills, and organisational skills
Individual who is detail-oriented with good communication skills, problem solving skills, and organisational skills would be suitable this role.
Be able work in Kampar, Perak
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
