Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance and employee development.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance issues professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor and improve HR metrics, such as employee turnover and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum **5 years of HR experience.**:

- Proven ability to manage HR functions in a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
