Pre-sales Technical Intern

As a Pre-Sales Technical Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales phase. Your focus will be on developing a deep understanding of customer needs and architecting data-driven solutions. This is a technical, hands-on role that will develop your skills in solution design, customer engagement, and project support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team in preparing for customer engagements by providing technical insights and helping shape the solution strategy.
- Participate in customer-facing presentations to deliver clear, convincing technical solutions (both virtual and on-site).
- Collaborate with senior technical staff to design and architect data solutions based on customer requirements.
- Assist in technical development and tool installations using company platforms.
- Help prepare documentation, technical proposals, and reports for customers and internal teams.
- Work with customers to provide continuous support, and route requests to the appropriate teams when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or any related field.
- Strong communication skills, with a professional and presentable presentation skill for customer-facing interactions.
- Goal-driven, with a strong desire to learn and adopt new tools and organizational practices.
- Excellent situational handling capabilities.
- Preferably 6 months internship.
**Additional Plus Points (Good to Have)**:
- Familiar with any of the following tools: Talend, Snowflake, AWS, RapidMiner, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikSense, QlikReplicate, Tibco, Denodo, or CCH Tagetik.
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) models such as Waterfall or Agile.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
