**Recruitment**:
**Payroll**
- Collect timesheet data, calculate wages, detailing the earnings and prepare paycheck for employee.
- Key in data of employee in the system to calculate employee salary.
**Training and Development**
- Coordinate with other agencies and training providers on joint training and certification classes.
- In-charge of handling all training in the company including covered by HRDF and internal training.
- Assessing Training Needs and preparing training plan.
- Selecting the instructional methods, completing and implement training program.
**Administration**
- Keeping track of documents, including employee records related to attendance, vacations, medical leave and other employee data.
- Do filing.
**Job Requirement**
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor in HR Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent qualification.
- At least one (1) year of relevant working experience in both HR and admin jobs.
- Good knowledge in Malaysia Employment Act 1955.
- Must have good English and Malay speaking skills.
- Able to handle high volume of workload in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
