**In this role you will join an expert team of knowledgeable recruiters who partner with the business and work collaboratively in a team environment to deliver world-class recruitment services to our stakeholders. In this role, you will deliver the attraction strategy for our early careers talent programs and ongoing pipelines, working with data and stats, and assessing the very best talent to join GSK. An important part of your role will be building credibility and driving trust at both an HRBP and hiring manager level across the various SEA HK & Macau requirements for early talent.**

**You will have a client service focus that is second to none, a proven capability in delivering innovative attraction and sourcing strategies, and a strong background in early talent recruitment.**

**This is a hybrid working environment, 3 days a week at the GSK office in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.**

**What you will be doing**:

- Delivering across the entire end to end Early Talent life cycle
- Managing multiple stakeholders across the region you will partner closely and collaboratively to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Add value through the delivery of Early Talent TA projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process

- Strong expertise and credibility as an Early Talent specialist
- Experience managing volume and cycle recruitment projects
- An ability to work successfully in a high-pressure environment and a competitive and time sensitive landscape
