To assist your Superior to plan and execute the overall management of administrative matters related to The Company and, achieve the periodic targets set and approved by The Company.
- Organize meetings by inviting all related personnel as instructed by your Superior,
- Prepare the meeting agenda, presentation and reports as instructed by your Superior,
- Prepare minutes of meeting to ensure all personnel are fully informed of their respective deliverables,
- Support your Superior to monitor all personnel to complete their respective tasks and responsibilities based on the expected quality, timeline and approved budget,
- Prepare, archive and organize all forms of documents and files including proposals, agreements, letters, master budgets, etc,
- Monitor and report on the condition of The Company’s assets on monthly basis,
- Monitor and ensure that all that The Company’s licenses (regulatory, software, etc) and subscriptions (apps, plug-ins, association membership, etc) are renewed on timely basis
- To undertake special tasks assigned by your Superior from time to time.
**Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Bahasa (preferred)
