The Security Executive Officer oversees daily security operations, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and premises. This role involves managing security personnel, coordinating patrols, enforcing protocols, and liaising with clients and management to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Security Operations Management
- Supervise and schedule security guards, ensuring 24/7 coverage at assigned posts.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with SOPs.
- Respond to emergencies (theft, trespassing, breaches) and escalate incidents to management.

2. Team Leadership & Training
- Train new security personnel on company policies, emergency procedures, and customer service.
- Monitor guard performance and recommend disciplinary actions or rewards as needed.

3. Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary contact for client security concerns; provide timely incident reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.

4. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to local security regulations (e.g., licensing, data privacy).
- Maintain logs (patrols, incidents, equipment checks) and submit weekly reports to management.

5. Technology & Equipment
- Oversee CCTV, access control systems, and alarm monitoring.
- Report malfunctions and coordinate repairs with vendors.

6. Risk Assessment
- Identify security vulnerabilities (e.g., weak access points) and propose improvements.
- Conduct fire drills and evacuation exercises biannually.

**Requirements**:

- **Education: Diploma/Degree in Security Management or related field.**:

- **Experience: 2+ years in security operations (corporate/industrial sites preferred).**:

- **Certifications: Valid PSIRA/SIRA/licensing (region-dependent), First Aid/CPR.**

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in security tech (CCTV, alarm systems).
- Excellent written/verbal communication.
