**Main Responsibilities**:
- Conduct presales activities related to Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Dynamics 365 BC solution.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills both internally and externally supporting the sales team with bid management and RFI’s
- You will assist in designing bespoke solutions through defining the client’s needs that is not only ‘fit for purpose’ but also aligned with the company’s best practice
- Ensure the client see’s all value adds of the solution
- Work closely with the sales team and consultants
- Always working to the upmost gold standard acting as trusted advisor to clients
- Maintain up to date knowledge of our industry and technology
- Proactively contribute to driving increased revenue
**Requirements**:
- First class presentation skills (both technical & non-technical audience)
- A technical background. While you don’t need to be a software developer, being able to work with technology is a must.
- The ability to tell a good story. As good as your product or solution is, a Presales Consultant must be able to tell a good story.
- Communication skills. A lot of the time, you will be listening to customers and responding to their concerns. Being a good communicator is essential.
- Previous experience working as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect / Presales / Consultant with a strong consulting acumen and understanding of Dynamics 365 (ideally F&O and/or BC) from a functional and implementation perspective
- Capable of utilising strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with clients and the sa.global team
- Ability to influence stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
- Fluency (written and oral) in English, Mandarin a plus
- A passion for problem-solving. In many solutions, there is more than one way to achieve a specific outcome. It’s your job to find the best pathway forward and articulate that value to the customer.
- A desire to learn. Technology is ever-changing. New products, solutions, and competitors constantly emerge. To be effective, you must stay on top of emerging trends.
Knowledge about selling Commodities Business partner on-boarding, trade capture for commodity, freight routes, FX management, commission claims, customer/vendor quality templates, sample requests and Order release management.
