**Job Description(s):

- **
- Managing new and updated legal information, providing training on legal current issues and on new laws/acts.
- Legal and Intellectual Property documentation control and management in order to protect confidentiality and privacy matters of the company.
- Managing and monitor contact checking system, prepare and vet all contracts, agreements and documents affecting the company.
- Provide advice for legal and compliance matters.
- Handling the violation cases of laws and regulations.
- Lawyer selection and management
- Handling legal dispute matters and counterfeit issues.
- Assist to report on Legal matters to ASH and also window person for all legal issues in BSH.
- Assist in establishing Company rules or policy.
- Assist in matters pertaining to Intellectual Property law/Intellectual Property Rights, Intellectual Property registration (Trademark, Copyrights, Patent & etc) / Company's Intellectual Property Rights Working Group.
- Able to handle proactively in any arising issues and trouble shoot any emerging problems in the event assign, to manage multiple projects independently and effective communication skills to meet time-line set.
- To assist in ensuring compliance to Honda Introduction guidelines from time to time efficiently with effective result.
- To undertake and perform any task that assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements:

- **
- Experience : At least 1-2 years of related experience and added advantage having exposure in dealing with Corporate Governance/Compliance/Law
- Skills : Good Communication Skill, Multitasking Skill, Time and Project Management Skill, Research/Writing/Legal administration Skills, Planning and Audit Skills.
- Required Language : English and Bahasa Melayu (Able to speak Japanese is an added advantage)
