**About the Team**:
We are a People team that recruit, develop, and empower talented individuals across various functions of the business.
- Take the initiative to drive and develop a clear and consistent internal communication strategy to cultivate long term employee engagement for Shopee and SeaMoney
- Design impactful internal communication materials for internal campaigns and events
- Collaborate with key senior stakeholders; provide advice and content on the most optimal communication channel to ensure effective implementation of communication plans
- Enhance employee engagement by reaching out with tailored information and initiatives
- Be the key person in maintaining internal communications guidelines
- Ability to use metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and engagement of outreach
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
- Partner closely with the internal team to ensure content publishing parameters are met and maintained
- Work independently in a dynamic and rapidly-changing environment

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience in employee or internal communications functions or relevant fields
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to comprehend complex messages and business needs, and simplify ideas for ease of communication to the workforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders across various seniority levels
- Prior knowledge of employee communication strategies and tools
- Passionate about building culture and engaging employees
- Positive working attitude and an effective team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the region
