**Job Summary**:
To execute and support full HR spectrum services but not limited to Payroll Administration and HR Administration in order to create effective HR service delivery for meeting the growth of business needs.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply**:
- Possess a recognized Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or any other business related studies.
- At least 1-3 years’ of working experience in Human Resources, preferably from the manufacturing industry.
- Required languages: English, Malay, and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently, posses and high degree of initiative and proactively approaches towards responsibilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Effective organizational, stress and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
**Job Descriptions**:
- Perform payroll computation and ensure timely & accurate payroll computation in accordance with company policies and legal compliance.
- Implement, impose, and enforce HR Policies, Rules & Regulations, and standard HR processes/procedures that align with the company’s People Strategy and business objectives.
- Provide comprehensive HR administration support in ensuring daily business requirements run smoothly.
- Facilitate employee performance management processes in order to improve employees’ productivity and engagement at work.
- Support the learning & development activities for ensuring the workforce competency development is achieved to support the business needs and growth.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
